Build your list via the Quote Basket, then send via WhatsApp or the contact form. We respond within 48 hours.
For new accounts or large orders, we offer a sample parcel so you can verify quality before committing.
Once you're happy, we confirm the order and send a proforma invoice. We accept wire transfer and major payment platforms. A 50% deposit secures your order.

If any stone arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was agreed, we'll replace it or issue a credit — no questions asked. We take quality seriously and stand behind every shipment. Any claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days of receipt.
